Choosing the right weight is crucial. For jogging or fitness boxing, the smallest weight unit can be quite beneficial, while larger weights are a better choice for strength training. Please note: The lighter weights can be comfortably secured to the wrist or ankle. The heavier weights are relatively large, so they are mainly recommended as ankle cuffs, depending on the circumference of your arms or legs. Tip: Simply use two smaller weight cuffs on your wrist to increase the total weight.
