Gütermann Extra Strong Sewing Thread No. 40

The extra strong sewing thread from Gütermann is ideal for all heavily stressed seams, such as jeans. It is particularly well-suited for heavy materials like leather or tarpaulins. Please use needles with a thickness of 70-100 for this thread.

  • Particularly suitable for robust repair work
  • For heavy fabrics, leather, and tarpaulins
  • Elastic and soft
  • Gentle on the fabric, can be sewn with a fine needle
