Gütermann extra strong sewing thread No. 40

Gütermann's extra strong sewing thread is ideal for all seams subject to heavy wear, such as jeans. It is especially suitable for heavy materials like leather or tarpaulins. Please use needles with a strength of 70-100 for this extra strong sewing thread.

  • For all heavily stressed seams
  • Ideal for sewing denim (also available in special denim stitching color no. 448)
  • Especially suitable for robust repair work
  • For heavy fabrics, leather, and tarpaulins
  • Elastic and soft
  • Can be sewn with a thin needle to protect the fabric
  • Recommended needle and needle size: universal needle NM 100-120
