Normann Copenhagen Form Armchair

Simon Legald designed Form for Normann Copenhagen with the aim of creating a chair that looks like it has been cast from a single mould, in which the seat and frame form a single unit. In order to achieve this seamless, integrated look, a new and innovative solution was developed to connect the seat with the legs. The moulded hard plastic seat and the frame made of oak, walnut or steel are simply connected to each other with a unique plug-in system. The seat in hard plastic meets elegantly with the legs in wood or steel, emphasising the high-quality craftsmanship and sobriety of Scandinavian furniture design. Form is a modern armchair with a minimalist expression. With its simple and contemporary design, the Form armchair has a soft and inviting silhouette and a clearly upscale look. The legs create the impression of growing out of the shell. This gives the design a flexibility that allows the frame to be modified in countless ways to fit a large number of facilities. The shape armchairs offer great support for the back and undreamt-of freedom of movement, while the armrests invite you to relax. The stable materials and the shape with contours ensure comfortable sitting. Together with a clear design, form becomes a flexible and practical chair for every room, whether as an office chair, dining chair or occasional chair.
