This bed is crafted from wood as a natural product, intentionally showcasing cracks and knots. The old wood look resembles wood that has been stored for 100 years. The cover color is black, and the wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish, giving it a unique design with a slightly rustic textured surface.

Each bed is unique, starting from size 140x200 cm with a middle bar. We use solvent-free, water-based varnish, and the wood is sourced from local sawmills in Bavaria. Matching support slats for rolling grids can be ordered as accessories.

The thermo spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic. This process makes the wood much harder. It is only suitable for slatted frames with a fixed frame and comes from sustainable cultivation.
