The old wood look resembles wood that has been stored for 100 years. As a natural product, wood may have intentional cracks and knots. It features a rustic structured surface with black feet and a brown cover. The unique surface treatment gives the wood a vintage appearance, with the wood being limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish.

The wood is sourced from sustainable cultivation, and we use solvent-free water-based varnish. The wood comes from nearby sawmills in Bavaria. Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered separately, starting from size 140x200 cm with a middle bar.

Thermo spruce is treated in a specially developed process, steamed with high heat and dried without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and significantly harder.
