The wood finish is spruce with a modern skid base in white matt lacquer. The old wood look mimics wood that has been stored for 100 years, and as a natural product, the wood features deliberate cracks and knots.

The THERMO spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and much harder.

We use solvent-free, water-based varnishes. Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered under accessories. The wood comes only from nearby sawmills in Bavaria and is sourced from sustainable cultivation.
