i am looking for lan to wifi bridge for lan printer
to integrate a lan printer into the wifi. i can't find this anywhere on the digitec platform ... only usb wifi adapters here.
where can you find this category?
e.g. there is this one on amazon:
Vonets VAR11N-300 Mini WLAN Bridge or the: BrosTrend 1200Mbit/s WLAN Bridge, LAN to WLAN Adapter 5GHz/2.4GHz
Due to the unsuitable situation, I can use neither Lan nor Powerlan.
Can anyone recommend a combination of two adapters and a fibre optic cable with which I can bridge a maximum of 20m?
Are there any adapters with PoE at Digitec? For example, that can charge a mobile phone with power from the Ethernet cable? Unfortunately, you can't filter by this.
It would be great if Digitec could add adapters to their range. There are some on AliExpress, but they are of particularly good quality.
Can I build a workaround with an Ethernet-USB-C and USB-C-Lightning adapter?
USB WiFi dongle Linux (Homeassistant OS based on buildroot)
Salü
I am looking for a compatible USB WiFi dongle for my Homeassistant installation on a m910q tiny.
Supposedly this OS is based on buildroot.
Does anyone know of a compatible stick? Or knows how I can find out?
Doesn't have to be fast. Size doesn't matter. Cheap is good.
Thanks to you🙂
P.s. The unit is already connected to the network via Ethernet. The WiFi is to receive the data from an additional network from the inverter.
I would like to connect a WLAN repeater from my Ethernet connection (LAN) in the living room. This means I would like to have a WLAN interface there. My router is connected in the other room via fibre optics. Which device is suitable for this?
Hello together
I would like to store my PC in the basement and still be able to operate/control it from my room.
I was thinking of an Ethernet connection that can send the USB and video signal (HDMI, Displayport). Is there a suitable device/adapter?

Hello Community
I have an older Samsung TV type UE40ES5700 and would like to connect it via WLAN. According to the user manual, this is possible with the Samsung WLAN adapters WIS09ABGNX or WIS12ABGNX. Unfortunately, both adapters are no longer available. Now my question: Does anyone know of an adapter with which I can connect the TV via WLAN?
Thank you very much for your help!
I need a WLAN adapter for my Windows XP PC, which I bought especially for retro games, but unfortunately I never find any information about the compatibility of the OS in the offers...
Are there any new adapters to buy for XP?
Apparently there is no supplier for Compex WIFI adapters in Switzerland?
And there are no mPCIe adapters here in the shop either, or none with a delivery time?
Does anyone know where else you can get a Compex WLE1216V5-20, for example?
Merci :)
We are looking for a USB-C to Ethernet adapter that really delivers 1000 MBit. The i-tec model we have runs out of steam at 650 Mbps. Is there something better?
Which USB Wifi dongle supports projection on wireless display from windows 10?
In order to be able to connect to a wireless display under Windows, the following conditions must apparently be met:
Graphics driver must support Windows Display Driver Model WDDM 1.3 with Miracast support
Wi-Fi driver must support Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) 6.30 and Wi-Fi Direct
Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
Which USB WiFi dongles from the digitec range meet the requirement?
USB C to Ethernet Adapter for Smartphone BQ Aquaris X2
I have a BQ Aquaris X2 smartphone and would like to connect it to a LAN adapter. I already have a Belkin adapter and unfortunately it doesn't work with this one. Does anyone have an idea or a tip which adapter might work?
I don't know anything about the subject. I currently have a motorola 802.11n dual-band usb wireless adapter that is about 5-10 years old. As far as performance is concerned, I have no idea. I'm sure there's something newer, better and faster. But what can you recommend? What do I have to look out for in order to be able to use my fibre-optic internet line to the full?
Hello dear community
Is there a way to stream videos from my mobile phone directly to a PC monitor using an (HDMI) adapter?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Hello
I am looking for a network adapter with the Realtek RTL8814AU or the Atheros AR9271 chipset but the adapters that are here are mostly newer or revised models. And that brings me to my next request to Digitec, can you please add the Alfa Network network adapter to your range?
I want to connect my Homee-Stack to the LAN and am frantically searching for an Ethernet adapter that has two outputs, namely Micro-USB (connects to the Homee-Stack) and USB (for power connection). It's easy to buy from the competition in Germany (but not available in Switzerland), but I can't find anything like it anywhere from a Swiss dealer. Maybe you have a tip for me?
WIFI USB vs PCIE Card which has the best price-performance ratio in 2020?
I currently have a Qualcomm Atheros Wifi/Bluetooth in the m.2 slot, but one connector is broken and I am looking for a new solution.
Either USB wifi stick or via PCIE.
What would you recommend?
My router has 5GHZ to 1Gbit/s
Hello friends,
I want to use my Microsoft Surface as a second screen for my PC. I need MIRACAST for this, but I don't have a WIFI card installed in my PC. I have read that Miracast requires DIRECT WIFI. What solutions are there? Which adapter is suitable for me?
Thank you very much!
RJ45 / USB adapter as a replacement for an onboard LAN
Hello together
On my mainboard, an ASROCK MiniITX, my onboard LAN (Intel 1 Gbit) keeps having problems so that the connection is interrupted during gaming and I fall out of the online game... Driver update has brought nothing.
Since it's a MiniITX motherboard I have no space to install a network card. Is there an RJ45/USB adapter that can really be used as a replacement? Which version or brand can be used properly? Has anyone had any good experiences?
Thanks for your input!
Greetings

Hello together
I am looking for a solution to play Steam games on my PC smoothly on my smartphone via remote. It is only intended for use at home.
Steamlink is installed on the smartphone (Moto Edge 20) and already paired with Steam on the PC.
My router, a Wingo box, also supports 5Ghz for better transmission.
Problem;
When I start a game, it runs for just under 20 seconds, after which the picture freezes and shows that the connection is weak.
I cannot understand that the connection is weak. When tested, it always shows over 90 Mbit/s.
Maybe someone knows what to do to fix it.
According to Swisscom, 10Gbit down/upload is available at my home, the Internet speed test from Swisscom to the router is around 8,000 Mbit/s.
The Lenovo has 2 USB-C ports, which according to my research do not support 10Gbit.
But there is still a mini Ethernet connector on the Lenovo L390 yoga, is there an adapter for this that can achieve approx. 10Gbit down/upload?
Such an adapter would work, but it is unclear whether 10Gbit is supported: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/lenovo-produktspezifisch-zu-ethernet-lan-18-cm-data-video-adapter-5656084?utm_source=google
Hello together
I have 2 Smart TVs (Sony and Samsung) at home which cannot (Samsung) or only sporadically (Sony 4m next to the LTE router!!) connect to the WLAN. The WLAN signal, measured at the TV's location, is strong enough according to mobile phone and speed tests. However, the Samsung, for example, only displays 0-1 bars and cannot be integrated into the WLAN.
The Sony has to be reconfigured regularly because it somehow loses the connection.
Instead of using a powerline, 30m LAN cable, AccessPoint or WLAN repeater to strengthen/enlarge the existing network, I would rather use a better WLAN antenna on the TV so that the reception reaches 3-4 bars like on the mobile phone.
Do these WLAN adapters with USB only work for devices that don't have a WLAN antenna themselves?
Can I just plug it in and it works?
What are the other options?
