Urgent: Missing lead refills – Order 176866294 / Service case SVC7696260
Dear Galaxus Customer Service, I am writing regarding my original order (Order 176866294) and the related service case SVC7696260. The compass I received did not include the lead refills. This makes the product incomplete and unusable for its intended purpose. I find it unacceptable that my service case was closed without providing a proper solution. I specifically ordered from Galaxus because I needed a fully functional compass, including the lead refills, by Wednesday, 25 February at the latest. I therefore request that you resolve this matter immediately. Please either: • Send the missing lead refills immediately with express delivery so that I receive them no later than Wednesday, 25 February, or • Send a complete replacement compass with all included components by express delivery so that it arrives by Wednesday, 25 February at the latest. This situation is very disappointing, and I expect a prompt and appropriate resolution. Additionally, the delivery arrived late, and the packages were already open when I received them, which is completely unacceptable. Please confirm immediately how you will resolve this issue. I expect to receive either the missing lead refills or a complete replacement compass no later than Wednesday, 25 February. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
