I would like to share my experience with the activation of my Galaxus Internet 10 Gbit/s fibre subscription - unfortunately negative so far. Has anyone had a similar experience or any tips? Procedure: 27.07.2025: Order with planned start date 04.08.2025. 28/07: OTO ID successfully transmitted. 04 August: No activation - neither router (Zyxel AX7501) nor activation email received. 04.08.: Contact to support. Answer: "Error during order", case was forwarded to specialist department - no time given for solution. 06.08.: Request for concrete time schedule - no response to date (10.08.). Did you experience similar delays? How long did the post-processing take?

Yes, the person blocked my data remotely. You're not transparent about these things. The moment your employee reset my sim, he blocked the 5G router data. At no time do you communicate clearly on this. I am really DISGUSTED by your service! 🤮

It is not clearly clarified who installs the OTO socket, what you can expect (example: 2nd socket), to what extent you have to inform the flat owner or whether I pay for it as a tenant or the owner. Alternatively, the service provider pays. After all, I can't take the socket with me when I move out, which increases the value of the flat.
