Now available from us: furniture from La Redoute

Summer is coming to an end. This means it's "back to school" or "back to work". With furniture from La Redoute for your study or teenager's room, you can create an environment in which you can be productive and feel comfortable.
A visually appealing and tidy workplace is the foundation for successful projects. It's simply better to learn and work. A nice desk is essential for this.
Desks for every room concept
The 94 centimetre high desk «Graphy» from the «Les Ingénieux» collection by La Redoute with its graphic design is a solution for small spaces. The back and side panels discreetly shield the work area, promoting concentration.

The large drawer offers space for office supplies. The body made of MDF with oak veneer is complemented by solid ash legs. You can optionally mount the side panel and set up the desk flexibly.
If you need more space, the 160 centimetre wide desk «Douve» is an elegant solution. The thick table top made of FSC-certified oak and the characteristic curved frame make the desk an eye-catcher in any room.
Thanks to the two drawers on steel rails, the 70-centimetre deep workstation remains tidy.
If you only have limited space in your home and only want to use your workstation temporarily, the wall-mounted desk «Mathéo» is probably a good choice. The 115-centimetre-high piece of furniture combines oak wood with rattan wickerwork.
Thanks to the folding top, the workstation is not noticeable after use and does not take up any additional space in the room.
«Genna» looks more like a sculpture than a desk with its grooved legs made of solid ash.
The table is 140 centimetres wide and has an MDF table top with oak veneer. Definitely a piece of furniture that makes a design statement and fits in with modern living styles.
Matching chairs for productive work
You can complement the desks with the chairs from the collection. The swivel, 83 centimetre high desk chair «Quilda» has a light vintage touch.
The bouclé cover made of 85 per cent polyester and 15 per cent polyacrylic in combination with the wooden elements looks cosy and inviting, in my opinion.
If you're more interested in ergonomic design, the «Zarius» is probably a better choice.
The height-adjustable office chair has a curved backrest upholstered with PU foam and a seat made of multiplex with ash veneer. The chair is height-adjustable between 77 and 89 centimetres. The chrome-plated metal frame and castors make it look like a classic desk chair.
For younger users, there is the 77-centimetre-high children's chair «Marcus» in the industrial style of the 1950s. The mix of birch plywood with oak veneer and lacquered steel frame makes it robust.
Thanks to its adjustable feet, it can grow with the user.
For more organisation
The 110-centimetre-high metal cabinet «Hiba» also has an industrial design and offers you storage space behind two doors with magnetic catches.
The height-adjustable shelves can be customised, and thanks to its compact dimensions of 75 x 33 centimetres, it also fits under sloping ceilings. The epoxy-coated steel body weighs 21 kilograms and is robust and durable.
The 57-centimetre-wide metal case «Masa» is a practical storage solution for the things you might need at your temporary workplace.
The lacquered box can be transported thanks to the three handles and also adds a decorative accent. With internal dimensions of 52.5 x 33 centimetres, it offers space for your documents or office supplies.
Brush-up for bedroom or teenager's room
If you've already redesigned your workspace, why not continue with the bedroom? Or maybe your offspring are now too old for a typical children's room and want more stylish furniture.
The design of the single bed «Adil» for mattresses measuring 90 × 190 centimetres is reminiscent of the Sixties style. It is made of pine wood and MDF with FSC-certified wood.
The paints used are water-based. A roll-up slatted frame made of fir wood is integrated.
The bed linen «Leopold» in pink and caramel with an animal print goes well with this.
The set for 140 × 200 centimetre beds includes a duvet cover and a matching pillowcase.
And as a supplement
Atmospheric lighting rounds off any living area. The 41 centimetre high lamp «Kinoko» in 80s design sets trendy accents with its 21.5 centimetre double shade made of coloured glass.
The lamp with a metal base in black epoxy paint has an E14 socket for LED lamps. The glass texture is unique due to the handcrafted production process.
