The effective rain protection and extra room at the back also provide protection against moisture for the school backpack. The elastic hood with an integrated visor can be adjusted in volume using Velcro. The openings for easy access, which can be closed with snap buttons on both sides, allow for air circulation for the arms or hands outside the poncho.
