This keeps the upper body and legs dry even during prolonged rain. In the event of an unexpected downpour on a school trip, the poncho can be quickly thrown on. The effective rain protection and extra room at the back also provide protection from moisture for the school backpack. The elastic hood with an integrated visor can be adjusted in volume using Velcro.
