The "Cherrapunji Kids" rain poncho for children is completely waterproof, thanks to its waterproof, tear-resistant polyamide outer material and sealed seams, achieving a water column of 12,000 mm. This ensures that the upper body and legs stay dry even during prolonged rain. In case of an unexpected downpour on a school trip, the poncho can be quickly thrown on. The effective rain protection and extra room at the back even provide the school backpack with protection against moisture. The elastic hood with an integrated visor can be adjusted in volume using Velcro. Openings with snap buttons on both sides allow for easy access, giving arms or hands airy space outside the poncho.

A 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective strip that runs around the poncho, along with a specially designed reflector on the lower back, enhances safety in traffic and makes it easier to be seen early in the evening or in the morning at the bus stop.
