1. Senza Parole Bianco di Chieti Amabile
A portrait of a lifestyle: Senza Parole owes its unique flavor not only to the excellent climate and the winemaker's passion. The love for wine, the intensive work in the vineyard, and the careful processing in the cellar also contribute to making every sip of Senza Parole taste so wonderfully Italian.

2. Guido Brivio Bianco Rovere (Bianco di Merlot)
The rich nose captivates first with aromas that reveal the wood aging: vanilla, coconut, and sandalwood are supported by spicy nutmeg and cinnamon stick. After some aeration, fruity and floral notes such as banana, dried pear, jasmine, and magnolia emerge. On the palate, a fruit explosion follows with wonderfully juicy acidity, noticeable minerality, and beautiful length. A superb Swiss white wine.

3. Gilliard La Porte de Novembre
Out of respect for family tradition, the grapes are harvested during the November transition, giving this Johannisberg a very pleasant fullness and its unmistakable character. Concentrated aromas unfold in a rich and generous manner, reflecting the slate-rich origin of the grapes. Very ripe grape berries; pear, hazelnuts, and almonds. Full-bodied, robust, with a slightly bitter finish. Ideal as an aperitif, with fish in sauce, shellfish, asparagus, and hard cheese.

4. Urbans-Hof Urban Riesling
Tasting note: Wonderful fruit, fine spice, brilliant minerality, complex yet playful with delicate components of elderflower and broom blossom. On the palate, a wonderfully juicy, flavorful, and creamy body with plenty of soft melt and abundant ripe fruit. The slight residual sugar gives the wine a perfect balance.

5. Hakutsuru Plum wine
A Japanese sweet wine made from the "Ume" plum variety. It is well-suited as an aperitif and digestif and is often served with spicy food. In 1743, Jihei Kanoh began producing sake, and over 100 years later, the company "Hakutsuru" was officially established. Today, it is known not only for its sake but also for its plum wine. The production of Hakutsuru Plum Wine relies on Japanese Ume plums, which are fermented using advanced techniques and are actually more closely related to apricots. In Japan, Ume plums are typically planted in the northeastern corner of the garden, as they are believed to ward off evil that comes from that direction. Their pale pink blossoms are a symbol of spring and were introduced to Japan and other East Asian countries from China.

6. Henri Badoux SA Henri Aigle les Murailles Blanc
Aigle les Murailles, this cult wine originates from a vineyard planted in 1838 on dizzying terraces. It benefits from a unique exposure to sunlight. This wine has its roots in a Clos. The famous painter Frédéric Rouge, born in Aigle in 1867, created a label for it in 1919. Already present on the label back then, the green lizard remains its symbol today. It also gave it the name Eidechsly-Wy in German-speaking Switzerland.

7. Bodegas Binigrau Nounat Mallorca DO
A truly noble island white wine that fully convinces. Pale yellow with golden reflections. Complex bouquet with notes of citrus fruits, pineapple, and almonds. On the palate, the Nounat displays a soft, creamy structure with fresh, pleasant acidity. It is no wonder that the Nounat is considered one of the best white wines of Mallorca.

8. Von Salis Grisons Pinot Gris
Tasting notes: Quince, honey, melon, and mint emerge from the glass. The palate is misted by the wine, mouth-filling, with fine extract sweetness alternating in a playful balance with mild fruit acidity. The exotic fruit flavors pair elegantly with a mineral note until the refreshing finish.

9. Cà dei Frati Lugana DOC Vigna I Frati
Lugana white wines are in trend. Cà dei Frati is one of the most renowned producers in the Lake Garda region. The pleasantly fresh, characterful "I Frati" is the winery's signature wine.

10. La Spinetta Moscato d'Asti Bricco Quaglia DOCG
Bricco Quaglia is known as the first Italian Moscato from a single vineyard and is full of personality. The nose reveals aromas of peach and sage with delicate honey notes.
