The ViCAFE house blend has been our flagship product and the house coffee in our ViCAFE espresso bars since 2010. It consists of carefully selected 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Guatemala, Kenya, and India, offering a distinctive and consistent flavor profile. The medium-dark roast provides a pleasant sweetness without developing overly strong roasted flavors. For the decaf version, we have decaffeinated the beans using a subcritical CO2 process. The result is a smooth coffee with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and nougat, making it perfect as an espresso or in milk-based drinks like a flat white.

The goal of the cooperative that produces this organic coffee is the financial independence of its female, single-parent members. The coffee (Arabica) from La Paz, Honduras has notes of hazelnuts and is perfect as an espresso or with a little milk.

Daniel Kamiri Njoroge manages a small coffee farm in Gatundu, north of Nairobi, with his family. On the 1.7 hectares, a complex, dense coffee is grown. The beans from Ciumenene are particularly well-suited for filter coffee.
