Instant coffee

Instant coffee or soluble coffee is often associated with the Nescafé brand. The Nestlé Group introduced instant coffee in Brazil in 1938. To date, Nescafé has become widely accepted as an alternative to coffee beans. According to Nestlé, 3,600 cups of Nescafé are drunk every second around the world. Soluble coffee is also made from beans. After roasting, the beans are ground and hot water is poured over them until a strong coffee extract remains. No other additives are put in.
