Our Valaisanne Lager – brewed with a lot of passion and dedication in Sion.

The Valaisanne Lager, with its pale golden color and a magnificent foam crown, is always a true feast for the eyes. Thanks to the traditional brewing process and the addition of classic aroma hops Spalter Select, Saazer, and Bravo during fermentation, it develops a spicy and slightly fruity hop aroma. The flavors harmonize perfectly with the mild taste of the lager. When drinking, a pleasant mouthfeel is revealed, rounded off by a fine bitterness.

In a traditional manner, the beer wort is produced in copper kettles in the brewhouse. In our fermentation and aging cellar, the wort is fermented using our own yeast, and the finished beer is then stored and matured. The matured beer is tasted by our brewmasters and checked for quality. Afterwards, the unfiltered beer is carefully bottled.
