Valaisanne Lager Beer

The excellent quality of the beer is thanks to the raw materials used, as it is brewed with the purest mountain spring water from the "la fille" spring, located at 1800 meters above sea level near Sion. Additionally, the beer contains high-quality hops and malt. The Valaisanne Lager, with its pale golden color and magnificent foam crown, is always a true feast for the eyes. Thanks to the traditional brewing process and the addition of classic aroma hops Spalter Select, Saazer, and Bravo during fermentation, a spicy and slightly fruity hop aroma develops.
