Question about Intex Rectangular Frame

We bought a simple Intex pump at the Landi. We also bought a "float" (also Landi) and small chlorine tablets (also Landi). Works tiptop. Replace the filter in the pump about every 3 weeks. Filters cost a few francs, so it's no big deal.

I bought this one Intex Krystal Clear Sand Filter System (Sand Filter System) and also a float with chlorine tablets.

I would recommend not buying the weakest pump. It doesn't have to be a coarse sand filter, but a filter with a little more power that doesn't run 7/24 and doesn't have to be cleaned quite so often makes sense.
About the chemistry. We also use a float with chlorine tablets. It needs a tablet about once a week. After filling, we also add some anti-algae agent to the pool. But we are rather cautious about this. If the pool becomes slippery, change part of the water and add some anti-algae agent again.
