Question about Intex Whirlpool PureSpa Jet & Bubble Deluxe Massage

I ordered the pool on 29.4.20, but unfortunately I have no idea where my pool is now. I have paid for everything and I can't reach galaxus by phone and I only get an automatic reply by email. The order status says that the pool was delivered on 12.5, but I have no idea where it went. The post office can't help me either because there is no order number. Can someone here help me?
