I also had this problem this summer. I bought it new and within a few days it completely lost air. I couldn't find a hole. I contacted the customer service. The "pool skin" was then replaced without any problems.

So if the part is still standing outside, it's no wonder - these things are not winterproof. Otherwise: check the valve
