I am interested in this rear cleaner. Firstly, is the shower unit difficult to clean? Secondly, I only have two sockets behind the mirror cabinet. Does anyone have a practical solution?

Hygienically, the article is impeccable in all cases. It may well be that the shower unit gets dirty, but everything can be cleaned very easily. 
Unfortunately, I can't help you with your electricity problem. Do you live in a rented flat? Can an electrician lay a reasonably nice cable in the cable duct?
