Question about tesa Adhesive nail for wallpaper & plaster, 1kg holding power, height-adjustable, can be removed without

Can the nails really be completely removed from the wall? I have the feeling that such a strong adhesive will probably take the paint with it anyway... Does anyone have experience with this?
