With this stainless steel meat injector, your meat will be tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Before cooking, marinate the meat from the inside using the injection needle. This keeps the meat juicy and adds plenty of flavor. During cooking, periodically suck up some meat juice with the silicone bulb and drizzle it over the meat. This basting creates a beautiful crust.
