The WEICONLOCK® AN 306-48 bonding connection is a high-strength adhesive specifically designed for demanding applications. With a viscosity of 550 nt mPa.s, this adhesive offers excellent gap bridging of up to 0.15 mm and is suitable for thread sizes up to M 20 R 3/4". The temperature resistance ranges from -60 °C to +175 °C, making it ideal for use in extreme environments. The connection is difficult to disassemble and achieves handling strength after just 5 minutes at room temperature, while full strength is reached after 2-4 hours. Additionally, the adhesive has drinking water approval and meets BAM requirements, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
