Surface preparation: To achieve optimal results, the parts to be assembled should be degreased and cleaned, for example with WEICON Surface Cleaner (possibly roughening the surface). The use of WEICONLOCK is also possible on uncleaned surfaces, such as screws in their delivery condition. However, the rule is: the cleaner the surface, the better the results achieved.

Application: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen using the dosing tip, avoiding direct contact between the dosing tip and metal. For sealing applications, apply WEICONLOCK in a ring shape to the thread. Assemble and tighten the parts. Do not pour WEICONLOCK that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will lead to curing in the bottle. Therefore, the use of dosing devices is recommended in series production.
