Cold Smoke Generator: Simply fill it with wood chips and light it with a tea light until the wood chips start to change color. After that, the tea light can be removed, and the cold smoke generator can be placed in the smoker cabinet. Thanks to the compact rectangular grid, the wood chips burn evenly and slowly for up to 20 hours.
