Cold Smoke Generator: Simply fill it with sawdust and ignite it with a tealight until the sawdust begins to change color. After that, the tealight can be removed, and the cold smoke generator can be placed in the smoker cabinet. Thanks to the compact, square grid, the smoking chips burn evenly and slowly for up to 12 hours.
