The adhesive tape with Kapton Tesa 51408 is a masking tape made of Kapton with silicone adhesive. It is flame-retardant and extremely temperature-resistant, developed to protect assemblies and circuit boards during wave soldering. The adhesion is 25mm to steel, with a strength of 6N/cm. It is temperature resistant for up to 10 hours at +350°C. The tape thickness is 0.06mm and the roll length is 33m.
