Product details

Made of enameled cast iron with a dark walnut wood handle. The weight is heated on the grill and then placed on the food while hot. Ideal for grilling burgers, steaks, and quick-cooked items. Faster cooking through heat from both sides ensures nice branding and good contact between the grill grate and the food. High-quality, weighing approximately 1 kg. Hand washing is recommended.
