The Burger Press Pro from the company Rösle is a practical grilling accessory that allows you to prepare special dishes. In true American style, you can use the press to portion and shape patties, and then grill them in the typical American way. The practical set of the Burger Press consists of a ring and a stamp. With the Burger Press Pro, you can create patties weighing between 100 and 300 grams, allowing you to make either standard burgers or opt for the XL version. The handling is super simple: you can use a scale to portion the ground meat to the desired patty weight. Then, shape it into a ball and press it down on parchment paper using the stamp to form a patty. You can also use the additional ring provided by Rösle in this Burger Press Pro set for portioning and shaping. You’ll be all set with your preparations in no time!.
