Yes, the offset grate integrated into the lid is also present on the LD. According to the product comparison, only the material of the grate is different. I bought the LD two years ago and am very satisfied. It takes a while to set up, but I've been enjoying it ever since.
Bad surprise: It is not allowed to put the gas bottle in the rack. It must be placed next to it.
Hello Domi19 These are folded out side shelves and are 125cm wide. Greetings Bandy
I don't want to "get on Galaxus' bad side", but we ordered a cover from AliExpress according to the masses and because it always winds wildly in our house, we fastened the whole thing with rubber tensioners. Any branded covers also blow away (experience with seat island).
The LX has an electric igniter and cast iron grate and plate I bought the LD model and now, after 2 years, I have reordered the cast iron things. I personally like the black look of the LD better and the analogue igniter offers fewer problems over the years (no battery replacement etc.). Apart from that, they are identical in construction, an absolutely recommendable grill, also for cleaning.
Hello No adapter needed, it's already included in the bbq you bought. Just need the gas bottle and some meat and veggies and you re good to go. Cheers
Hello. The grate is made of cast iron, but besides the grate it also has a smooth surface for grilling (probably for vegetables or for keeping warm), this is made of steel. ...as far as I can tell.
Do you mean this one: https://www.migros-service.ch/de/e/9000018728/campingaz-flammenverteiler-38x12cm-woody It's not from digitec/galaxus, but still from the Migros family.
No, unfortunately that is not possible.
Hello. You can use the plate for everything: Vegetables and meat. You just won't get the ribbed pattern there. You shouldn't leave the bottle there for safety reasons. It can get too hot and that's not good for the bottle or for you... Best regards, Alex
The burners are located directly below the grate. In my opinion, it is not possible to use lava stones with this grill.
Unfortunately, I have never grilled a pizza on a barbecue. But from the videos I've seen, it seemed to work well. You might just have to be careful that it goes faster on the grill until the pizza is done. You can find the pizza stone here: Campingaz Culinary Modular Pizza Stone
Ld has black front, mech piezo igniter and simple steel grate. Lx has grey front, elekt piezo (battery) and modulary cast iron grate. I liked black much better and bought the grate with it. Mech piezo doesn't matter, just louder. Function tatellos. Purchase not regretted. Price performance of the grills super
To be honest, I'm not sure if mine is right either... I'll have to get a second one. It's a bit stupid :/
There are no holes on the right side - besides, the grill would stand at an angle because the feet on the right are longer than those on the left. Unfortunately, I don't know whether it could be assembled in reverse. I'm satisfied - after the winter, remove the cover (not included), connect it and it runs.
Depends on the height of the gas bottle! We put it underneath because it is smaller than 70 cm. According to the operating instructions, higher bottles must be placed next to the barbecue.
Campingaz Classic XXL - article 6180896 It's almost a little wide but it's fine.
