Made from high-quality carbon steel, this classic wok impresses with its extremely high heat conductivity - a crucial prerequisite for authentic wok cooking at very high temperatures. The wok is perfectly matched to the patented Outdoorchef funnel system of the kettle grills. In the volcano position, it is placed directly on the funnel and reaches temperatures of up to 500°C. This enormous heat enables fast searing, short cooking times and the typical "Wok Hei" flavour. Whether vegetables, meat, seafood or pasta dishes - everything is cooked evenly and intensively.
