The cast iron pan has several positive properties, one of which is its enormous and even heat conductivity. This allows for perfect grilling results. Another practical feature is the detachable handle. It can be easily attached or removed as needed. This way, the handle won't get hot on the grill when you detach it after placing the pan. At the same time, it saves a lot of space.

We still recommend using gloves, as the pan itself gets very hot. With the ingenious wooden trivet, you can even place your pan dishes directly from the grill to the table and serve them in the pan. It looks very appealing and delicious, and your guests will surely enjoy it.

Before the first use, the pan must be washed and dried. Then, apply a thin layer of vegetable fat to the pan and place it in a preheated oven or grill at 180°C for at least 1 hour to season it. Once the pan has cooled down, you can start cooking.

Repeat this process from time to time to ensure a non-stick surface and maintain the longevity of the pan. Seasoning also protects against corrosion. Therefore, the cast iron pan should not be scrubbed or washed in the dishwasher.
