Product details

Effective method of tenderising by using the hand steaker. The continuous vertical blades reduce the length of the meat fibres. Perfect tenderising and flattening of the meat in one step. Marinating is greatly simplified by this method of meat processing, allowing the marinade to penetrate the meat up to 25% faster. During roasting, the fine perforation allows the sauce to penetrate the meat. Soft nibs for easier use and even better results. Dishwasher safe.
