Product details

The adjustable supports ensure that the fish can be perfectly positioned and served with intact skin. Sea bream, trout, char, mackerel: they can be prepared with the fish holder for lengths of up to 35 cm. You can choose to prepare them naturally with the belly down or elegantly filled with herbs, lemon, and more with the back down. The fish holder can be used both in the oven and on the grill. Its three easily adjustable supports are oiled and then positioned according to the size of the fish. After that, place the fish inside and prepare it securely without slipping.
