With this sprouting jar system, you can effortlessly and hygienically grow sprouts without soil. The angled position of the sprouting jars ensures the continuous freshness of the sprouts, as water can drain away, preventing waterlogging, and air can circulate thanks to the fine mesh sieve. The ceramic bowl catches the dripping water, allowing the system to be placed anywhere.

The seeds are soaked, rinsed, and grown in the sprouting jar until harvest. Sprouts and seedlings are small vitality packages. The germination process significantly increases the content of essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, and trace elements. Additionally, valuable chlorophyll is produced, and nutrients become easily accessible and absorbable for the body, for example, proteins are broken down into amino acids. Seedlings are fresh and taste remarkably spicy and delicious.

Notes: Not suitable for mucilage-forming seeds such as cress, arugula, mustard, chia, and flaxseed, which require a "resting ground." A cress sieve is suitable for these.
