Epoxy resin LuminaCast 1 Fast Set Primer is a flawless, durable, and fast primer and sealer.

With this product, you can prime wood to prevent bubbles on the object. You can also apply a final coat to your epoxy resin molding, such as coasters. This is typically sanded with 120 grit sandpaper and cleaned with isopropanol. The casting can then be covered with LuminaCast 1 Fast Set Primer, resulting in a transparent and clear epoxy resin piece.

Note: The LuminaCast 6 Art Flow epoxy resin is also ideal for the wave technique, creating the desired cells.

Main features:

• Application examples: Priming and sealing of absorbent/porous materials.
• Optimum primer: Specially developed for sealing wood and other absorbent substrates, effectively reducing or eliminating the risk of rising bubbles (sealing of wood before molding into tabletops).
• Fast sealing: Thanks to its low viscosity, it penetrates deep into fibers and absorbent surfaces, providing a fast and effective seal.
• Production of multi-layer sealers, e.g., for floor primers, with LC1 Fast Set Primer as a fixative.
• Food contact: The formulation is free from sVHC or CoRAP substances. After complete chemical curing, the product can come into contact with food.
• Fast curing: At room temperature, the primer can be poured over after 60-120 minutes.
• Recommended casting height (at 20°C): 1 mm to 7 mm.
• Pot life: Approximately 15 minutes; can be poured over after approximately 60-120 minutes.
• Consistency: Thin (low viscosity).
