This allows the fan to be easily incorporated into an existing ventilation system, optimizing the performance of your exhaust and supply air system.

EC fan including controller. EC motor technology has become the standard for fans and is largely demanded by customers for new installations, given the potential for energy savings. Essentially, a standard asynchronous motor (AC motor) differs from an electronically commutated motor (EC motor) by having a significantly better efficiency. This is particularly evident in partial load operation: with the AC motor, only the voltage is reduced while the frequency remains constant, causing the motor to enter a loss-prone slip operation. In contrast, the EC motor with electronic commutation runs synchronously, eliminating slip and therefore slip losses.
