Design: Metric thread inserts made of stainless, spring-shaped stainless steel wire. Each coil runs freely, and the drive pin is cut off at the notch (break point) after installation. Optimized design with a novel entry area that allows the insert to be applied and screwed in like a screw. High-strength, freely running HeliCoil®plus thread inserts made of stainless steel with high wear resistance, low thread friction in tight tolerances, high surface quality, as well as corrosion and heat resistance. The flexible design enables uniform load and stress distribution, creating durable screw connections of the highest quality for all operating loads (static, dynamic) with ideal force transmission. Simple, quick installation results in a gauge-holding, double-sided usable internal thread. Note: Self-locking inserts and other dimensions are available upon request.
