Product details

Metric threaded inserts made from stainless steel wire shaped like a spring. Continuously free-flowing, the drive pin is cut off at the notch (predetermined breaking point) after installation. Optimized design with a novel entry area that allows the insert to be positioned and screwed in like a screw. High-strength, continuously free-flowing HeliCoil®plus threaded inserts made of stainless steel, featuring high wear resistance, low thread friction within tight tolerances, high surface quality, as well as corrosion and heat resistance. The flexible design enables uniform load and stress distribution, resulting in durable screw connections of the highest quality for all operational loads (static, dynamic) with ideal force transmission. Simple, quick assembly creates a gauge-holding, double-sided usable internal thread. Note: Self-locking inserts and other dimensions are available upon request. Suitable limit gauges for thread inspection are available. Self-locking inserts, other dimensions, and UNC/UNF threaded inserts are available upon request.
