Metric threaded inserts made from stainless steel wire shaped like a spring. Each coil runs freely, and the drive pin is cut off at the notch (break point) after installation. Optimized design with a novel entry area that allows the insert to be positioned and screwed in like a screw. High-strength, freely running HeliCoil®plus threaded inserts made of stainless steel with high wear resistance, low thread friction in tight tolerances, high surface quality, as well as corrosion and heat resistance. The flexible design enables uniform load and stress distribution, resulting in durable screw connections of the highest quality for all operational loads (static, dynamic) with ideal force transmission. Simple and quick installation creates a self-tapping, double-sided usable internal thread. Note: Self-locking inserts and other dimensions are available upon request.
