With the Potjie, you can easily prepare dishes like braised meats, stews, bread, cakes, and much more. The three legs provide stable support - a separate pot stand is not required.
The Potjie regulates uneven heat thanks to its high mass (cast iron), allowing for even cooking. Simply place glowing coals, embers, or grill briquettes on the lid and under the pot, and the Potjie experience can begin.
The Potjies from BBQ-Toro come pre-seasoned and can be used immediately. A detailed instruction manual is included in case re-seasoning is necessary after use.
