Stainless steel smoking snail for cold smoking.
Whether on a gas grill or charcoal grill, the smoking snail transforms any grill into a smoking chamber. The smoking snail is excellent for cold smoking but can also be used for warm and hot smoking. It is simply filled with smoking flour or fine smoking chips and then ignited with a tea light.
The specially formulated cold smoking flour, available from us, is made from oak barrels that have aged some of the most famous wines and spirits from Spain, England, Portugal, and France. By using a patented process, the essential culinary properties such as flavor and aroma are preserved. Cold smoking is ideal for all types of food: meat, sausage, fish, shellfish, cheese, pizza, fruit, and more. The recommended temperature for cold smoking is between 20 and 30 °C (68-86 °F).
