Scotch® Super 88 Vinyl Electrical Tape is the market-leading original PVC insulating tape. This professional-grade tape features a flexible backing material coated with a highly effective adhesive and increased thickness for enhanced mechanical strength. It is ideal for the primary electrical insulation of all wire and cable connections up to 600 V, providing durable moisture-resistant electrical and mechanical protection across a wide temperature range from -18 °C to 90 °C according to VDE standards. This tape can be used effortlessly even in wet conditions. Its excellent elasticity, flexibility, and recovery force throughout the entire temperature range allow for wrinkle-free wrapping. It offers outstanding protection against abrasion, copper corrosion, oil, solvents, and UV radiation.
