The Tunturi vinyl dumbbell set 28 kg (14TUSCL358) is a complete dumbbell training set that is used to achieve targeted muscle building in the upper arm, chest, back and shoulder area. However, the dumbbells are also useful for holistic exercises and can also be used for lunges, for example. The set consists of 2 dumbbell bars, each weighing 1 kg and with a diameter of 25 mm. The set also includes the following vinyl weight discs: 4 x 3.5 kg, 4 x 2 kg and 4 x 1 kg. This allows you to combine 2 dumbbells with a weight of 14 kg each or in different weights.
