The vegan upper is made from several microfiber and suede pieces that are sewn together in a way that allows the shoe to fit the foot perfectly without causing pressure points. The midfoot receives excellent support and edge stability from the Bi-Tension system. The midsole features a continuous Flexan insert that supports the foot when standing on small footholds. Combined with the moderately asymmetrical shape of the shoe and the medium downturn, this ensures perfect power transfer. The rubber rand makes the Vapor comfortable while also being highly abrasion-resistant. A precisely fitting heel system relieves pressure on the Achilles tendon. The full rubber sole made of Vibram® XS Edge is grippy enough for friction climbing, provides excellent support even on small edges and holds, and ensures very good support for the foot muscles, especially on very long routes.
