The Pure2Improve Hybrid Dumbbell Set is the ideal entry into muscle building training. Shoulder raises, lateral raises, and intense arm workouts – everything is included with this set. You can use it as 2 dumbbells or convert it into 1 barbell. The weight plates are secured with a star lock, ensuring a perfect fit. Includes 2 threaded rods (400 g), 1 connecting rod with foam (560 mm), and 4 red spinlocks (star screws). Plates: 8x 1.25 kg, 4x 2.5 kg.
