Of course, to achieve sustainable progress, you will also need the appropriate weights for sufficient training. It is advisable to have at least one pair of the 10-25 kg version, as well as two (or more) pairs of the 5 kg plates. This way, you can always optimally adjust the load to the specific exercise, whether you are doing deadlifts or shoulder presses, for example.
