The weight plates can be purchased as an addition to the barbell set, allowing your little ones to have even more color options and to load the barbell a bit fuller. Fun is the priority – not the weight.
With the children's barbells, fun is 100% the focus – not the pursuit of more strength or mastering the technique in detail. They should be able to playfully get fit alongside adults, rather than just watching when mom or dad swings the barbell.
